Landlord Accreditation

Landlord Accreditation

How can I let Tenants know that I am a Good Landlord?

Landlord Accreditation Wales

You may want to consider joining Landlord Accreditation Wales. This skills-based scheme, run across Wales, accredits Landlords once they can demonstrate they have the correct skills and knowledge necessary to run a successful business, whilst protecting their tenants' health, safety and welfare.

Accreditation Development Courses are run across Wales and cover the main issues Landlords should be aware of when managing tenancies. Tenants can find the members of the scheme on the Welsh Landlords Website and are encouraged to seek out these Landlords first, therefore giving them a competitive edge.

The website for Accredited Landlords provides an array of information for proactive Landlords and Agents who want to know more about the forever changing rules and regulations that affect their rental business. You can also advertise your property, as an Accredited Landlord, indicating that you provide a high standard of accommodation. For more information please visit Landlord Accreditation Wales.

Neath Port Talbot Landlords Forum

The Neath Port Talbot Landlords Forum is organised by the Council but is run by Landlords for Landlords.  It promotes consultation between the Council and Private Landlords, gives Landlords the opportunity to meet the Council and discuss issues that may affect them. The Forum also provides the opportunity to share news, views and experiences and offers updates on all areas affecting the Private Rented Sector to improve standards and create business opportunities for Landlords. For more information, please visit the Council's Website HERE.
